Top Ten Timeless Love Songs

To start Fall off, I wanted to give my Top 10 timeless pop love songs that have undeniably turned into some of my favorites over the years. The first love song I’ve ever heard was probably from Celine Dion, Power of Love, and even though that is not on this list, her song That’s The Way It Is can be found here. The most recent song is Rather Be, by Clean Bandit.

I chose these songs because they all tell a story (and because I’ve listened to them countless times). While every song does it’s best to tell a story, these songs give a vibe that makes you want to root for love. Each song is one that sings about the experience of love. When it comes to love, it is heartwarming, lifechanging, ecstatic, and soul jiving! it pushes us to the limit and questions our values. And when we have trouble saying “I love you”, or when we want to understand what unconditional love truly is, playing or singing a love song can always help.

The songs on this list can help us to define what love truly is. Love is what our heart longs to feel, and it is where our state of being is meant to be. Who on earth denies the beauty of long songs? They are always uplifting and contemplative. And unlike the playlists, I added the music videos to most of them. Cheers to singing about love, singing for love, and singing to the one you love. With one song at a time, enjoy singing along and spreading the message of love!
