To make good use of suffering, which will always be present, think of the gardener and how she or he makes good use of soil. Do not be a victim of suffering, but use its soil to bring about understanding and happiness. Such as it does with a wide range of flowers and fruitful plants. And transform the suffering, such as that of victimization, into wisdom and strength so that we can be a part of healing this world to bring forth happier experiences. While nothing is permanent, we can make an effort to create this experience of life wonderful.
Practicing mindfulness, concentration, and insight will lead you to comprehend that what you have and will experience is all wisdom for you to share. You will not be carried away by your experience.
Let go of the thought of victimization in the present moment and know that you are alive because your will is strong.
Learning to trust eliminates distrust which leads to doubt which leads to a lack of faith within oneself and others; leading to envy, disappointment, sadness, among other negative feelings.
Look into the eyes of your inner child, and hold them tenderly. Have a conversation with them that makes him or her smile, makes them peaceful, makes them jump for joy looking forward. You are not alone in this world. Even your inner child, smiling all the time, is with you.
Let us remember the people surrounding us. The people in the world—all beings they suffer. There are people and beings who need love and support at this very moment. And healing them, supporting them, sending them love, is healing ourselves. We fly together like a flock of birds. We are mother earth, and we can support each other. Any effort big or small is a great effort.
Victimization, distrust, and doubt only exist because you forget to see the power within you. Do superheroes (who embody the unthinkable strength of humans) feel this way? No.
Yes, we only have this body. Yes, we cannot fly. But like superheroes, they continue to heal themselves and fight for the sake of peace and serenity in the world. They are superheroes because of one reason: love. And they do not expect anything in return. And they are fine with that.
Always remember to reach your inner child, the real hero, and send them light and love always. This is the true bodhisattva. Train yourself to live authentically, in truth, in inner calmness, with compassion and strength. Instead of victimization, have compassion; to bring joy. Instead of envy or distrust have gratitude; to release and thus bring forth the attitude to treat all people kindly, and respectfully.
Those who do harm, they are hurting within. Show them and send them love.
Moving forth in the present moment and transforming all past hurts into wisdom, all is forgiven in silence and in sound. Nothing is ever lost—only wisdom is gained. And whether the wisdom is of enlightenment or not, it is all a reflection. We must continue walking forward smoothly in the here and now. It is the only solution.
Letting go of all resentment, revenge, and animosity, trust that you can do this, and trust the world. Trust mother Earth. Stay positive with the interaction you have with yourself, stay positive with the interaction with others. Seeing that others are harmful, hurtful, and all in between, will only do damage to your experience. Nothing more.
Breathe.
